Cover Artist and Editor

You know, it is funny that I am posting here; but I am betting I can find both items I am looking for.

I work in the video game field, so a little out of place.  I own and operate a marketing company for independent game developers, vgsmart (www.vgsmart.com).  After three years in business I sat down and wrote a book on game marketing.  It's finished and it needs two things:  A cover design and an editor- and I think I can find both here.

Editing:
I know its quite a bit more boring than editing a new RPG- but good news; I can pay fairly well.  Feel free to e-mail me a quote in cost per page or cost per word (or per hour) to webmaster@vgsmart.com.

Cover Art:
I'll pay $300 to the person who can create for me the best cover art.  I would like to see a sketch (color is not required for the sketch but is required for the cover) of an idea.

The theme is simple; it is a guide to marketing an independent video game online.  Just send sketches to webmaster@vgsmart.com.  If there is some reason you need more than 300 it is possible... but you had better be worth it :)

I'd offer my marketing expertise in exchange for either, but I fear my experience isn't in print items and I am much more valuable to video game developers.

Please ask questions, I will check up on this thread regularly.  Payment terms for both items will be discussed- I am capable and willing to pay part up front.
