Huh????

What difficulty?

Should I come up with a difficulty for the roll? Lets say 3 and should this be equaled or more?

If so, then the whole system of getting "1" is always a success, is just not true.

Please clear me up!

Hey, that's an artifact from an earlier version of the system. You only need to roll 1 or higher.
