This is a question for the man himself (Mr. Nixon):

Your game is avvailable as open or creative commons.  I was wondering what the parameters are for publishing derivitive work?  I know the rules text is avaiable for free, as is the world, but does this mean they can be expanded upon by others (and/or changed and published for profit) as long as they derivitive works are shared alike?
