So, the owner of my FLGS was kind of interested in Agon - is it going to be available through IPR?

Yes, it will be. I *might* do a short traditional print run for IPR and retailers, though (so my costs are a little better). If I do, it won't be available for at least a month or so.
If the retailer wants some copies now, I can make a deal with him. It's not great margin-wise for me, but it's worth it to get the books out there.
