Yesterday I picked up Sorcerer's Soul at The Rusty Scabbard in Lexington Kentucky. I was surprised to see it on the shelf, for some reason. But there it was along with a copy of Sorcerer (no Sorcerer and Sword, unfortunately).

I asked the clerk about the game to see if he'd played it and to fish for info to pass on to Ron. He said it was a game that had caught his eye many times, but he hadn't yet played it. He said it was right down his alley, but everytime he thought of buying it they had sold out of copies. I'm not sure how many copies they have actually moved out of that story, Ron, but apparantly they have sold out more than twice. So...somewhere in this great state of Kentucky folks are playing Sorcerer.

Anyone on this forum live in Kentucky? I'd like to play.

James,

PM me all the relevant information about the store: full name, address, website if they have one, owner's name if you can get it. I want to put it up on the site.

Best,
Ron

Just curoius, Ron, what do you do with that info, other than post it on your site?  Is there some reason (demographics? feng shui?) that you're collecting that data?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Ideally, I would contact that retailer and tell him what a great person he is to be supporting the game, and offer him neat stuff. I'd definitely tell him that his game was featured on the site, and if he had a JPG for a store photo, I'd get that up there too. Right this minute, I'm trying to set up a Retailer Locator on my site, and pending that happening, I'd tell him that too.

That's if I were actually to get off my butt. It's about #1 on my list of stuff that was supposed to be happening weeks ago.

Best,
Ron
