Has anyone found any really good places to advertise games?
Alternatively, can anyone recommend a marketing strategy or a place on this site where this has already been discussed?

Really, just search the Publishing forums, as thats where you're most likely to find something and demo the hell out of what you have. Beyond that, its a matter of fitting into the types of communities that might appreciate your work, be active and noticed, and produce quality work~
Also, "Actual Play" posts on sites such as The Forge do great things to show off the systems and provide something meaningful instead of yet another advertising blurb.
