MOD Forces (formerly Monster Rules) is a great custom miniatures game, which uses a simple point-based system for character creation and to build scenarios. The game is very flexible and allows you to create any character and game imaginable.

Furthermore, you can use any miniature, toy, or scratch-built creation to represent your character.

The game is easy to learn, fast-playing and allows for a wide range of powers and abilities--including the use of many non-combative actions.

The updated beta rules is available currently at monsterrules.com and will soon be switched to modforces.com.
