Hi Matt,
I tried to contact you earlier about upgrading from the pdf to full paper version of the game, but the email got bounced. Is there a better way to conduct the upgrade or should I try some more on the same address?

Thanks for letting me know about that. I haven't heard from anyone else about a problem. Maybe it was just a momentary server glitch at Dreamhost.
