John Wick

A hundred years ago, I ran a STAR WARS game where everybody had to play Droids. The premise was they were on an Imperial Industrial planet when terrorists - I mean "rebels," of course - bombed the place. The terr - rebels - knocked out one of the antennae that controlled restraining bolts. A handful of Droids (the PCs) escaped the field before it could be turned back on. They stole a ship and were following the rebels when they jumped into hyperspace.

Now...

A quick look through the nav computer shows twenty-two possible trajectories for the rebel's escape. Rebels don't force their Droids to wear restraining bolts...

Go!

If I had known of the bolt mechanic described above, I would have used it. Very nice.
