[The Pool] Looking for a scenario idea for first-time convention play!

Hi.
I've been talked into running a game at a mini convention in 2 days time with a bunch of people I don't know. I've never GM'ed The Pool, but I think this might be a good bet for getting something together at such short notice.
I was wondering (nay, hoping!) that some kind soul might have a adventure or scenario that they've used for The Pool or something similar that I could use. Ideally something that has worked well with around 3-5 players and especially something that could all work out nicely in around 4 hours.
