Requesting a Girls' Manga style cartoonist for a cover picture

I would like a cover illustration for my game, Reaper Beauties, a Story Game in a Girls' Manga Style.  It practically screams for a cover image also in a Girls' Manga Style.  I would be willing to pay for such an image - name a reasonable price - but would have to send you payment as a money order.

Specifically, I need a picture of a Hungry Ghost (that probably does not literally exist) haunting a Japanese high school locker room, some of its many arms clutching the Hearts of three of the four figures there.

The central figure, whose heart is not clutched, is a gangly teenaged girl in a blazer-style school uniform, with a shield-shaped emblem bearing a blooming lotus icon over her heart, looking right at the Ghost. She is weilding a scythe that probably does not literally exist.

The last three figures are demonstrating overweening Love, Hate, and Fear of the central figure.  How is left as an exercise to the artist.

I will need both a grayscale TIFF and a color JPEG of the image - the TIFF goes on the cover, the JPEG on the website.
