Homebrew dragaera

The issue: I'm working in a home-brew project, with non-profiting aims, and no publishing. Is a D20 campaing that goes on in the world of Dragaera, from the Vlad Taltos Novels (writen by Stephen Brust).So i'll be very grateful that, if you know the world, you could make out of your heads some ideas about playing D&D-D20 in Dragaeran Empire.
Also, i'll be very grateful if you post useful links, data and onformation on that subject.
