I just saw in another thread that if your Screen Presence is 1 that you don't get to request scenes.  Is that correct?  Is that in the book?  Page Number?

I don't recall this rule AT ALL.

Does this mean that sessions where EVERYONE is Screne Presence 1 is a COMPLETELY Producer driven game?

That certainly adds a very interesting dynamic.

I took it as a house rule to be able to play with so many players, limiting the ones that can ask for scenes. It isn't in the book.

Ah.  Okay.  I missed that it was a specific suggestion to the problem at hand.  It thought it was a reminder about a rule I had never noticed.
