Hi Seth,

I'd very, very much like to see a Quickstart Alyria ready for GenCon, even in the basic form that they're already in. Right now, I'm constrained from using them because you've asked us to reserve those rules for private playtesting.

I already have a demo scenario worked up - a variant on the Citadel scenario I've run already - and given just a minor enriched version of the already-existing rules, plus your permission to use them publicly, and I'll be running the demo.

Best,
Ron

Ron,

Please feel free to go ahead and use the material that I gave you for the GenCon demo.  I am hoping to be able to be in Milwaukee on Saturday, so perhaps I'll be able to observe the demo.

At this point, I know that I won't be able to commit to a revamp of the current ruleset in time for GenCon.  I have a lot of family responsibilities that need to take priority.  However, if someone expresses an interest, feel free to give them a copy of what I've sent you so far and/or refer them to me.

Also, when you have a chance, could you send me the Citadel scenario writeup?  I am still planning on gathering "actual play" storymaps for the game, and I'd be interested in seeing yours.
