50 blank cards for $1.75 for a deck of 50.

100 sheets of inkjet sticker paper for $19.00

If you print 9 cards; 3.5 X 2.5 on one 8.5 X 11 sheet you can print 450 fronts and 450 backs with 100 sheets. You will need 9 decks of blank cards (450/50=9) to apply all your stickers. 9 decks will cost $15.75 for a total of $34.75. 450 cards divided by the dollar amount comes to 3/4ths of a penny per card before the cost of ink.

The good part is that if you have a white bleed on on your card you will barely notice the edge of the sticker on the face of the playing card. This means you can cut the stickers out with scissors! No need to spend 50+ dollars on tools to cut the stickers perfect and/or round the corners.

The bottom line is you save hundreds of dollars and produce a reasonably professional looking card, and you can do it all from home on your own printer. What do you think?
