In INdesign, do how do I embed the fonts and images before making a PDF? Does INdesign do it automatically when it created the PDF file?

For both CS2 and CS4 (the only version I have experience with), Indesign automatically embeds all graphics and fonts.  If there is an issue with a font (for instance if its license doesn't allow it to be embedded) the program will notify you when you export to PDF (as its actually converting the file) and give you the option of continuing or not.  As I recall, the preflight capabilities of Indesign CS4 can also hunt down and indicate which fonts will not embed.  Good luck!
