Sorry but its a teh question..  if im fighting and say I parry high..  what would be the target for a groin kick?

That would be the same as the ATN for a leg.  I think that number is 7, but I can't be sure without going all the way upstairs and grabbing my book.

Incidentally, if you've just parried a weapon, chances are that the target is further away than your leg can easily reach, incurring a die penalty to the tune of -1, -2 or possibly more, depending on the weapon.

Use a kick to area "VI." I agree about the range thing, although if you close range upon parrying (not hard to do; often neccessary IRL), then it shouldn't be more than one die (and usually will be none), assuming both opponents are using equal weapons. Use the Kick damage at the end of the weapon tables.
