Does armor count toward  total encumbrance or do you just ignore that and use the CP pentaties it garners by itself?  Just wondering becuase seems a guy in PLate Armor carrying a pole ax would have NNNooooo cp poolat all

Good question. I think that you'd just go with the CP penalties it garners by itself, and modify for any gear he's trying to hold on to while he fights.

Yeah, armor isn't added to encubrace--it's got its own values.
