In the index, for Knockdown it says pages 11, 19, and 81.. but none of these entries describes what the results of knocking someone down is?

(BTW, I tried to do a search on the forum for 'knockdown' to see if this topic has come up before, but none of the results had anything to do with knockdown?)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Um, there are two values that I've found. One is in the Hook maneuver description, and it says that you lose ˝ CP when lying prone(and damage as a 6' fall if fumbling).
The other is in the Appendices, on page 234(1st edition). There, it says that "When characters are knocked down all pools drop to 1/3 current value(after penalties, etc.)".
My guess is that the first value refers to when you've been hooked(duh!), i.e. someone tripped you, while the other is when you are beaten so senseless that you lose your balance and drop(i.e. when your CP goes below zero due to schock and pain).
So if I trip someone, he loses ˝CP.
A knocked down boxer's CP, OTOH, would drop to 1/3.
