...so it's a D&D (3rd ed.) distinction, but somehow I don't think everyone who casts spells ought to have been born with magic in their blood.

Are there going to be some rules along the lines of non-Gifted performing ritual sorcery in Sorcery and the Fey?

And how long do I have to wait for that, anyway?
