Well, I started working on this the week after GenCon, but decided to dust it off and do a little more work tonight. It's definately not finished but I decided to toss it online anyway - West Coast Map

This is outstanding! :) I'll be sure to put a link to it ASAP.

One note tho': New Texaco includes "part of northern Mexico" -- not sure how much, but there ya go. However, this might be part of your own version (like the Northern Wastelands) so hey, who am I to judge?

I think what I'll do in the next version is make most of the borders wider and hazy, to reflect that except in some extreme cases [AridZona] the borders don't matter all that much.

One thing I would love to see is to have each region have a little iconic image -- a monkey for Frisco, wrestling mask for New Texaco (or whatever).
