Hey guys,

I'm trying to get a file to Jake. The problem is that it's over a meg (1.6, actually) and I can't email it from any of my email accounts (one doesn't take attachments that big, the next only seems to send blank messages and the third is my work address which blocked the message today and I got bolloxed for it :-)

Does someone have:

a) an FTP server I can upload it to (private, please) and
b) the capacity to then email it to Jake for me

Pretty please? As a "reward" you get to see it first, it's a new TROS utility I wrote. Just don't show it to anyone else until Jake has seen it and "approved it" for general consumption.

I'll give it a shot. I'll email you with an ip and password

Jason

edit - If you manage to send it, i'll forward it on in the morning. I gotta go to bed now. I think i set my firewall up to foward that port, and my laptop's got ftp running.

Just sent you a better way to send the file, basically a program called Master Splitter, which splits files so you can send them a bit a t a time.

Here's a link for the curious.

Edit-
There's a free one that does the same thing, so get that one and not even be bothered with the nag screen.

Yeah, that little utility works great! Thanks!

I have just sent Jake parts 1 and 2 of the trosdam utility. If he likes it, you may all see it on the webpage at some point. I really just wrote it for me, but some of you might be interested in it and find it useful.
