Should Undead Be Immune to BL, Shock, and Pain?

I was just wondering if Undead type creatures should ignore most BL, Shock and Pain rolls, especially wounds that aren't actually severing their limbs and breaking their bones.

This has been talked about a few times here in the forum. Most of us think so. OBAM has rules along these lines.

Demons will be covered in the Sorcery book. They'll have some, yeah, but what are they?

I was thinking demons might be quite resistant to damage, since they are creatures of spirit. At the very least, aging from sorcery would not affect them, their essence cannot crumble with age.
