Both Eatpoo forums and Concept Art forums feature a large group of really talented artists, though not all of them are focused on fantasy art. Also, the tone and content of these sites can really confuse a first-time visitor (and most non-gfx-artists I suppose). ConceptArt.org features quite a few comics/movie industry employed concept artists, so I suggest you check that site first.
