I just can't figure this out - how does stance and initiative work if you have several people involved? For example, if Bob hits Carl, and Doug hits Bob, and Carl hits Doug who gets to press the advantage? admittedly, that's a strange case, but I just can't figure out what happens when multiple people are involved (all the examples are one-on-one).
