For you folk in the UK , a chance to play the game and win a copy.......
Saturday Night at Battlemasters, Digby Hall,Leicester University 30 August 2003
To coincide with the release of the new HeroQuest rules by Issaries, Inc., the Narrators team at Battlemasters (aka The Ring of HeroQuest Narrators) is throwing a party on the Saturday night to which all delegates are invited.
We will have copies of the new rules to give away as well as some quick fun team-based games to win more Gloranthan goodies from both Issaries and the UK-based independent Gloranthan publisher, The Unspoken Word. Our experienced team of HeroQuest Narrators, who have had playtest copies of the new rules since April when they ran games at GenCon UK, will be on hand to give their personal take on any questions you may about the game throughout the evening.
Since Steve Jackson Games has teamed up with Issaries, Inc. to publish HeroQuest, all our Narrators are part of the Men In Black programme. Therefore we will be able to answer any questions you may have about the scheme and how you can get involved to support HeroQuest.
The party concludes with a screening of 13th Warrior, an epic tale of Viking mythology. An official source of inspiration for HeroQuest!
This is the highpoint of 3 days of HeroQuest gaming, 29-31 August. See
