I have been considering putting together another campaign world to play TRoS in. I got the idea from the Ars Magica thread, when I decided it would be cool to make an alternate magic system. I decided to base the alternate magic system around the magic in a world i had been making for fun, and from that got the idea of making that world playable in TRoS.
The world is a bit more fantasy than Weyrth, as magic is a bit more common, and humans are actually pretty low in society, as they fail to overcome the more powerful races, such as the Elves, Orcs, Minotaurs, etc.
It has several playable races that weren't in Weyrth, and different modifiers for some. The magic will be the main difference, although it will still be along the same guidelines (you know, 9 vagaries, figuring out CTN with T+R+V+D+L)
I have no idea when it will be finished, but I think it will turn out pretty well.
