To kiwi_nick_in london

Of course not! The more the merrier!
I regard my suggestion to meet on Monday September 29 2003 as an open invitation to anyone interested in
TROS
and/or
Harn
.
We will meet at 1800 at
The Green Man
pub, which is literally just outside Great Portland Street tube station.
See you all!

Guys,
Far be it from me to stand in the way of people getting to play TROS, but this thread has turned into a bit of a personal conversation.
Can I suggest that anyone else who wants information about this game or to join in, PMs or emails Kiwinick in person.
Thanks,
Brian.

What a ridiculous thing to say.
The title of the thread makes it quite clear what its purpose is. People who aren't in London, or who are not interested in a
TROS
game there won't read the thread.
On the other hand, people who
are
interested will be able to co-ordinate their activities with each other so we can perhaps start a game, and then (and I think this might be a crucial consideration for you)
buy more of your products
.
One of the purposes of community forums like this is to facilitate personal conversations. God forbid anyone should actually want to get to know their fellow members of the board.
My suggestion, Brian, is to chill out and start worrying about things that make it harder for people to enjoy the board.

Hi Abbs
No, not really. As I explained, we start our own game of
Feng Shui
at 1900 or thereabouts. I think that it would be very rude to excuse myself from the game once it's begun.
I will phone the GM and ask him if he will let me do a timeout from his game for ten minutes or so.
I will PM you to inform you of his reaction.
Cheers

When a moderator closes a thread, it stays closed. Please see the etiquette posted at the top of this forum.
If you feel I'm in error, please feel free to PM me or bring it up in the Site Discussion forum. I'm happy to discuss it there and am big enough to admit it if I'm wrong.
But I wont discuss it here, and I wont justify myself. That's not appropriate in this forum.
Brian.
