OK folks, I'll need your input on this one.

My plan is this:  Rather than pepper the book with unlicensed lyric quotes ala early White Wolf, my plan is to instead name each section after an appropriate 80s song title.

For example:

I NEED A HERO (Character Creation)
ROCK THIS TOWN (Combat)
WIERD SCIENCE (gadgets)

I'd like as many suggestions from you guys as possible, since I'm sure that some of you will suggest things that I haven't considered.   Yes, I know that you aren't aware of what the sections will be.   Doesn't matter.  Just come up with some like I did above.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with....

One Hit Wonders - one shot start up adventure section
Another idea for the gadgets section - 8 Bit Technology
GMs section on mood, setting and such - I wear my sunglasses at night

Trying to think of some arcade style references since they were all over the place in the 80's but currently I am drawing a blank.

We so need Rotwang! on this one-

WE DON'T NEED ANOTHER HERO - NPC Section
SHOCK THE MONKEY - Bestial Adversaries
DARE TO BE STUPID - The GM Section
CUTS LIKE A KNIFE - Equipment (as opposed to gadgets)
TUFF ENOUGH - Damage Section
I THINK I'M A CLONE NOW - Screwing with players
WHERE THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME - World Building

and my IMHO grossly superior selection for the combat section:

HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT - Combat  :)

WAR GAMES might also be a good combat section title.

Okay. To start off here's a couple from John Lodge.

Hole in the World. The lands outside reality.
Under my Feet. Villains and their henchmen.

Finally, from Ray Thomas.

Veteran Cosmic Rocker. The hassles of fame.

You did say 80s song titles, you didn't say they had to be well known. Which fits in with what White Wolf used.:D

THE BROTHERHOOD STRIKES BACK - the section detailing the Sin Brotherhood.

PUTTING ON THE RITZ - Hook section

VIDEO KILLED THE RADIO STAR - Section describing the history about what happened to all the heroes that used to be.

Some of these sound like great suppliment titles:

EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD - villians and antagonists
SHE BLINDED ME WITH SCIENCE - gadgets and superscience
ROCK ME AMADEUS - a great name for a suppliment on New Wave Europe
DO YOU REALLY WANT TO HURT ME - damage and healing
HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT - combat (i know someone said this, but it bears repeating)
MONEY FOR NOTHING - skills, or shopping (an important part of the 80s)
HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF - animals
DER KOMMISAR - New Wave adventures behind the Iron Curtain
KARMA CHAMELEON - Magic of the New Wave
FOR YOUR EYES ONLY - GM Section
WE DIDN'T START THE FIRE - History of the New Wave
THE FUTURE'S SO BRIGHT, I GOTTA WEAR SHADES - Adventure seeds, or maybe just an overview of the times

WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE? (character creation)
ONE WAY OR ANOTHER (title for a scenario)
BURNING DOWN THE HOUSE (mass-damage rules)

Plumbing the alternative 80s a bit...

THIS CORROSION -- the section detailing the Sin Brotherhood
DOMINION - MOTHER RUSSIA -- about the Cold War during the New Pulp era
VISION THING -- GM advice section
ZIGGY STARDUST -- aliens in the New Wave
BELA LEGOSI'S DEAD -- the supernatural in the New Wave
TV PARTY -- media inspirations for the game
LET'S HAVE A WAR -- combat section
WHEN THE SHIT HITS THE FAN -- complications
CALIFORNIA UBER ALLES -- a closer look at the United States of the New Wave world

Okay, in a more pop vien...

MATERIAL GIRL -- equipment section
DEAD MAN'S PARTY -- health and healing
NEVERENDING STORY -- notes on running a campaign
TAKE ON ME -- character creation (i.e. characters are a take on yourself)

Loki's obviously looking at the Repo Man soundtrack. :-)
Dead Man's Party should be about PC death, and player participation after death.

If the name doesn't suggest a section then it's not good enough, so I'll let you make the assumptions.

I think the Police have some of the best name recognition for songs from the 80's:
Every Little Thing She Does is Magic
Murder by Numbers
Can't Stand Losing You
King of Pain
Spirits In The Material World
When The World Is Running Down, You Make The Best Of What's Still Around
Demolition Man

Gotta have some Ozzy:
Diary of a Madman (or Crazy Train)
Bark at the Moon
Shot in the Dark

Hmm, nothing good from The Cars. Here are others I thought might be useful:
Elton John - I'm Still Standing
Madness - One Step Beyond
Prince - Sign O The Times
Queen - A Kind of Magic
Queen - Another One Bites The Dust
Sade - Smooth Operator
Simple Minds - Alive and Kicking
The Alan Parsons Project - Eye in the Sky
Scorpions - Big City Nights
Dead Milkmen - Bitchin' Camaro
Heart - If Looks Could Kill
Asia - Heat of the Moment

If it suits, there are a ton of Metallica titles that could fit. Hell, you could write a whole RPG from Metallica titles alone.

Love and Rockets would be a nice section title.

Yeah, we could title it "Rock Gods to Whiny MTV Posers:  An RPG about falling from grace."

No, see, it's Metallica from the Eighties, before they released "The Delicate Sounds of Metallica" AKA The Black Album. Yeah, it's only 4 albums, but there's enough there for all your sections. Even if half of it is stolen from literature ("For Whom the Bell Tolls").

GM Section - Master of Puppets
Combat Subsections - Battery, Seek & Destroy, Kill 'em All, Fight Fire With Fire, Damage Inc.
Environmental Rules - Trapped Under Ice or Jump in the Fire
Character Death - Disposable Heroes
Scene Framing - Fade to Black
Sanity Mechanics - Sanitarium, The Frayed Ends of Sanity
Alignment - Am I Evil?
Beasties - The Thing that Should Not Be (or, hey, we could do a game called Call of Ktulu)
Setting Notes - Blackened, ...and Justice For All, Creeping Death, Harvester of Sorrow
Magic - Ride the Lightning, Eye of the Beholder
