Just a quick note to say that my book arrived and in good condition. I've completed one read through. Some questions are bubbling away already, but I'll wait until another read through and some ploughing through the forum before I start asking them (many of them may be answered somewhere already).

Initial thoughts: very nifty, although some concerns as to the mechanics and system of complications.

For what it's worth, in play, the process is so organic that your group(s) will tailor how it actually goes down without even trying to.

Actually, I met up with Mike and a few other guys on Indie Netgaming yesterday and we did a really quick-and-nasty 10 coins each session, including a couple of complications and it nicely ironed it out for me. After I read the book again, I'll be back with other thoughts.
