Hi folks.  Its that time of year.  I hope you could join us this year for PoliCon/MepaCon 2004.

For information on what last year's PoliCon had and what it's all about you can visit www.geocities.com/policon_2003

Here is the general press release for the "friends of PoliCon.'  Whether you are there to celebrate Joe's birthday (know him or not) or for MepaCon, we look forward to seeing a GREAT Forge presence!

*****************
MepaCon/PoliCon 2004
April 2nd - 4th
United We Stand

This year Joe Poli's birthday weekend falls on the same weekend as MepaCon 2004.  In order to support local conventions we have worked out a deal with MepaCon to bring our two events together.  So this year PoliCon, the convention that celebrates friendship while heralding Joe Poli's approach on ancient status, will take place within the very halls that house MepaCon 2004.

We would like to keep the PoliCon people together as much as possible.  We would like to handle all the arrangements and do this as a unified group.  We will be heading to MepaCon about 7pm Friday night and leaving 5pm Sunday evening.  The drive will average about 3 hours.

Registration: $25
Rooms: $75 per bed (based on two full beds)
Meals: $25 covers light breakfast sat & sun, sandwich lunches sat & sun, pizza/tomato pie party saturday night (menu TBD)

Registration Fee is waived if you run 3 slots of games equaling 12 hours.  I am looking for just 10 GMs to volunteer their time.  More are welcome.

Please help us make this years PoliCon a success.  below is a short form to fill out and email it back to me.  I need this information and payment by February 1st.  Thank you and I hope to see you there.

I'm guessing it's in Philadelphia. Other than that, it could be in Australia for all I know.
