Hi Moltora,
Welcome to the Forge!
Sadly, I suspect you're not going to get what you want out of this thread, right now. Firstly, people a very reluctant to go read a whole mess of stuff at some other site. Secondly, we really need specific questions before we can give constructive feedback.
I'd also like to strongly recommend you read these two recent threads:
http://www.indie-rpgs.com/forum/index.php?topic=28168.0
http://www.indie-rpgs.com/forum/index.php?topic=28331.0
They're posted by people in a similar position to you, and they've run into the same problems that I suspect you're going to run into.
What we need from you is a brief summary of the effect you're trying to achieve from your rules (and please read those other threads before you answer that), and then a summary (as short as you can make it) of the problem you're encountering in achieving this effect. Then we can get down to business.

Moltora,
I looked over your system. Your combat system seems to be a die rolling exercise. There are no meaningful decisions for the player to make once combat is engaged. It seems to be a matter of whomever rolls better. I've found that without the right balance of decisions to rolls, games get boring. On the other hand, too many decisions and the game gets bogged down. But right now, you don't have enough in there.
Good luck. Hope you get ungrounded.
