Making a Feat System

I am doing some additions to a game I have already done; what I am asking for on this post is a little help I need a list of every base factor that could be covered under an ability simpler to the D&D FEAT.

What I have so far

My idea is to think of anything that D&D feats have to offer and provide it in a simplified manner.

Damage
Range
Attribute Damage
Area of effect
Attribute
Attack
Defense
Movement
Movement Damage


I understand that many feats in D&D give bonuses to in game abilities and that is not what I am looking for; I am trying to determine what in game advantages those feats offer, being attack damage, damage bonuses moment bonuses or damage and such.
