I ordered my book about 2 1/2 weeks ago and it hasnt arrived is this normal? should i be worried?

Tash

I'm expiriencing the same problem.  I ordered in the end of Feb and still haven't gotten the book.  I emailed yesterday Jake to ask for a tracking number if possible, but haven't gotten a response yet.

I thought maybe my order was misdelivered (has happened before) or otherwise lost, but if its happened to someone else as well its probably a delay where ever the orders are shipped from.

The orders are shipped through Tundra.  Jake doesn't have anything to do with it.

They are shipped media rate.

Media rate can sometimes be as quick as first class and sometimes takes weeks and weeks.  Its what they call "unexpedited" which means any time something else has a higher priority, they do it first.  Can't fit all the mail on this truck?  Guess which pieces get to wait for the next one.

But that's why shipping charges for TROS are so low.

i wonder if there is a suply problem? do you know how it was to be shiped?

ulfhiden

id have rather paid the extra 6 dollars for faster shipment

Tash

Thanks for the clarification.  I too would have shelled out extra money for faster shipment, but as long as the book will get here eventually I'm happy, there is still that "other" game to play in the mean time.

Hi all. Ralph's right, as usual.

2 weeks is pretty common. I used to charge for shipping, but the fulfilment company wasn't any faster when I did, so I figured the most fair thing to do was not charge for such slow service. We are currently looking for different, faster options. Sorry for any inconvenience.
