Capes PDF and Book

I ordered the book, and also was told I would get a free PDF, does that come on a CD with the book, or will I get some kind of link to download Capes PDF?

Yeah, I try to keep on top of the IPR orders proactively, but I've let things slip a little.  My apologies.

I think you'll like where my energies have been going, though... new download coming either tonight or tomorrow (unless the last little dollop of coding proves far harder than it has any right to be).  I hope folks will, then, be ready to forgive me my lapse.
