Hello,
John, I have some bad news for you. This site is dedicated to
publishing your own
game designs. Offering to help design someone else's game, especially in a paid context, is off-topic for the whole Forge.
I suggest a different route - just go up to Indie Design and find someone who's asking questions, and help them as much as you can right there in the forum. I'm afraid it's free labor, but it can be a route to establishing your reputation as someone who does know how to work with developing RPGs.
