What kinds of games go here?

The design forums here are primarily for use in creation of independent games. That's an awesome thing.
I have a few games that I'm sure qualify, and a few that I'm not sure about at all, and while I'd like the input of the people here - especially considering how useful their input has been on the one game I've posted - I'm not quite sure if these games belong here.
As an example I think may be
outside
the appropriate subject matter, I have a system I've been working on for quite some time - it's almost all my own actual writing, though conceptually all over the place - but it's straight mechanics, and is a d20-based system that falls under the Open Game License held by Wizards of the Coast.
Did I miss something in the guidelines, or could I get a clarification on this?

If you created it, and you own it, then it's indie, according to the Forge definition. I'm pretty sure that includes d20-based systems, so long as no one can tell you what kind of artistic or corporate decisions to make.

Oh, sorry, I should have put the link to the description of what makes an indie game. You can find it

Well, that's quite a bit more open than I'd thought.
Thanks!
