Your work's very good, Jeff.  What are your rates like?

Default questions and comments:

First, welcome to the Forge! Looks like you've got some good stuff going on here. The biggest hurdle I've seen for people like you (artists) and people like me (game designers) getting together is cost. Your skill is valuable to you, but I'm not a big corporation, so the very first thing, almost before even considering if I like your art, is cost.

So, what are your rates? How do you charge, per inch, per character? What's the difference in cost between full color, high res stuff that makes a great cover, and simpler black and white line drawings?

I'm just starting out so I'm not going to be charging too much right now.  I'm more interested in getting more pieces for my portfolio than I am making a living at this point in time.  If you're interested in commisioning me, e-mail me privately and let me know what you have in mind, and I can give you a price.

Thanks!

You Sir rock,
After looking at your new piece on your blog I'm even more impressed with your colored work, and your black & whites kicks butt of coarse.

It was a pleasure seeing your work, thank you for sharing it. On a different note, you should do something to about the buttons on the main page, it took me like 10 minutes to realize they were there, I thought my browser loaded the background and then got stuck...

thanks for the feedback...that's the first time I've heard that!
I'll look into it and see if I can make the site a little easier to navigate
