Hey,
Over six months have passed since Profiling, spring 2003...so my clock says lets have a new one. To recap, the questions are:
What are the last three role-playing games that you actually, really played?
What three role-playing games, out of all the ones you've ever played, have you enjoyed the most?
What three role-playing games that you have not played would you most like to try at the moment?
The rules, the way Ron has written them out in the past:
• No freebies or extras, as in, "Game X, Game Y, and ... and Game Z and Game A!!" Three each, no more and no less.
• Time is irrelevant. If the last three games you played were ten years ago, they still count.
• Don't comment on other people's profile or the games in this thread. Start up a thread if you'd like, although choose your forum carefully, or send a private email.
• If you have no objection, it'd be nice to know people's real first names if you don't use it already. There's absolutely no obligation to do so, but if it's OK with you, just sign your post with it.
• For people who played a ton of GenCon one-shots, or if people are wondering about convention/demo play in general, they do count if you want them to, otherwise, skip'em.

Funnest Three

* octaNe (Damn. Friggin' fun as sin, I tell ya. Only one session, but it was fantastic. Hell, Kiss made a special guest appearance. KISS!)
* GURPS Transhuman Space (Started off with GURPS the first session, then moved towards more freeform second session. During said session, the hardcore GURPS head freaked out, literally screamed obscenities at us for "disrespecting the system" and stormed out of the apartment. After that, it was all freeform space horror.)
Anticipated Three
* Nobilis (No one up in this joint is experimental enough to give it a shot.)

Also, we will never, ever again play D&D3E. Tried really hard with 3 different campaigns, but just can't stand it.

Does running a game count? If so Fading Suns, Werewolf, and Star Wars. If not, Werewolf, Star Wars, and uhhh..... single session of a Vampire LARP (didn't much like it).
What three role-playing games, out of all the ones you've ever played, have you enjoyed the most?
The Werewolf Game was awesome... it's not a typical Forge game but the guy running it had a great grasp of what Werewolf was about (savage horror) and beat the three players over the head with it. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. I also was in a great Vampire game that was once again made by the GM. Ummm.... #3 would be a Beyond the Supernatural game I was in years and years ago. The GM was pretty bad, but the players had a great dynamic that made it a great experience.
What three role-playing games that you have not played would you most like to try at the moment?
Sorcerer, Riddle of Steel, and My Life With Master.

The games I've enjoyed most have often been GURPS, though in different enough flavors that it could almost count as three separate games right there. Aside from that... Hrm. Changeling, and oddly enough, the very first game I ever actually played: Furry Pirates.
