GURPS, in several different games. In Nomine, in a convention game. Nobilis, for a few sessions.

The games I've enjoyed most have often been GURPS, though in different enough flavors that it could almost count as three separate games right there. Aside from that... Hrm. Changeling, and oddly enough, the very first game I ever actually played: Furry Pirates.

Little Fears, Ironclaw, and Albedo.
